Return & Refund Policy

Casa Copenhagen returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Casa Copenhagen website only if a product is received by you in a damaged condition, within 7 days of receipt of the product. The said product should be unused, preserved its original condition, tags, and packaging.

Once the return is initiated by the customer on the website, the customer will have to mail six sided images of the damaged product to contact@casacopenhagen.com Upon confirmation of the damaged product, we shall initiate a return pick up for the same within 3-5 working days. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and barcodes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return. Hereafter, we shall dispatch a fresh product within 3-5 working days of the acknowledgment of the damaged product, subject to availability of the product. Incase the product has run out of stock, we shall provide the customer with Casa Copenhagen Store Credits for the amount which can be used against any purchase made by them. Please note that the credits are only fully remediable and can not be redeemed in parts.

Refunds

We are not prodividing any kind of refund except damage product and cancellation as per the Cancellation Policy.
