Casa Copenhagen  returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Casa Copenhagen  for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the product. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

Once the return is initiated by the customer on the website, the customer will have to self ship the physical product to the original destination. We will credit the product cost in the form of Casa Copenhagen credits or a full bank refund once the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us. Please note that the customer will have to bear the cost of the return courier. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and barcodes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return. Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will either replace your product or give you a store credit for the same amount (whatever you opt for). Refund process will be initiated once we receive the goods. If the payment was made by Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, we will refund the money to your Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking account respectively. Please follow up with your respective bank/ card issuer post completion of refunds. All cash on delivery orders will be refunded in the form of store credits.

Orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped. In case of personalization products [Personalized Cushion Covers having Image Print and Personalized Towels having embroidery] a return cannot be performed by the end customer. We refund only to customers in India. If you cancel your order before the products are shipped, you can have your entire money refunded in less than 7 business days in case of a prepaid order.

If you choose to exchange the item for reason of receipt of a defective item, we suggest that you return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately. In this case, items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well. In case of return, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. When you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. For self ship returns the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you. The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:

  • It should capture the weight of the return package.
  • Residential/office address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be mentioned.
  • The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.
  • The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not overshoot the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company.
  • This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.
  • The returns are required to be sent to the returns processing facilities - Acme Housewares India Pvt Ltd 107, Kerala GIDC, Bavla, Sarkhej Bavla Highway 382220. Kindly do not send it to any other address as the package would not be acceptable. Please address the return shipments in the name of Casa Copenhagen Website.
